The Crawford stable has had quite a few favourites fall into the proverbial hole in the las t couple of week, especially in Natal; favourite again in the first race, I see; play with caution.

REining Monarch runs fourth; with 300m to go, Reigning Monarch was, accoding to Mr "Sultry Tones", starting a forward move, after being poised to have a crack at the leaders at the 400m, and run a pulsating 4th!

Hehehe...Yeldah...not quite forgiven Rouvanne after he (mis)called your 25/1 place bet 3rd instead of 4th?
Mr "Sultry" though is not a poor caller imho...not the best admittedly...I go for Jehan Malherbe on that score.
