The 2026/27 Riyadh Racing Season will bring a broader programme, increased prize money

The season begins on 16 October 2026 and runs through to 17 April 2027, with racing now scheduled every Friday and Saturday across 50 race days.
There will be 21 feature race days, built around seven major weekends
In total, SAR197.8 million will be allocated to the Major Cups, contributing to overall season prize money of SAR236.3 million.. Around a billion rand.

And that is only Saudi Arabia.
