Technical help?

Good morning to the clever lads!

I have Internet via my laptop, however cannot send or receive emails, have the following message (below), have been on to vodacom, 100% service, checked everything and said the problem is telkom!! office hours only and when it is office hours, phone just rings! any help, would be welcome, in Pretoria area.

I am fixed!, just for future reference and to save many phone calls.

On email page go to tools, accounts, properties, servers, and change in-coming mail from pop3.telkomsa.net to 196.25.211.150 and you are away and racing!!
