Having watched all of his races atleast 3 or 4 times....That was DEFNITELY NOT his best run...as was confirmed by Zac. He didnt have his usual kick today....which means he couldve won even better.

Not sure about his weight as he looks very tall but the talent sure runs in that family , Jeff was one of the greatest i had the pleasure of watching in my early racing days

I think today shows the huge gulf in quality between the HK trainers and our trainers.
Look at the condition they bring back their champion horses from a break.
They don't kill them but they do enough work at home to come back and win.
Our trainers can't get them fit at home so use a race as a training gallop.
