As Pirho pointed out he could see it wasn't ready.
So for punters who bet race to race it's ok cause they can brass it if it doesn't look ready,but the problem is the exotic punters....all they can do is go by form in the race card.
Trainers should be obliged to tell the public before the race meeting starts if their horses had any setback in training.
But you know how dishonest some of our trainers can be they might use that to get a better price come race time.
