The the problem is that we just have too few top horses in training, exacerbated by the retirements annd exports of a few recently.
The Gauteng and KZN horses don’t need this prep for Kings Plate as they have been busy with the Gauteng Spring big races.
The only surprising omission is Snow Pilot.
There is no point in running a horse that is outclassed.
