what is the actual ruling on this.....was a time when this was not allowed.....so basically one can apply to be a trainer for a handful of horses and take a 2nd job so that you can feed them.....rather emotional but very unprofessional...I feel for this trainer but a very strange way to get any support....in the ownership appears to be a name related to a previous trainer that also had little support.....so one has got to ask what are the NHRA doing to try remedy this....
