FYI the Tony Peter horse opened 12/1 and was punted into half that price the last i looked

I personally cannot see anything coming close to Sandringham. I am a HUGE Main Defender fan but even if he was in this race, I would still stick with Sandringham. Word is that Sandringham has also improved leaps and bounds since his last race. I honestly think the balance will be running for 2nd place.

I think the value is Purple Pitcher (despite a widish draw) - did beat the hottie in the Dingaans (when SS got soooo far back) - so 8/1 imo a decent price; obviously looking at the market William Iron Arm also has to be respected, but us poor punters do not know how good he is (or not) - on exposed form one can't have him; interesting that Taegan's Champ is missing in action
