Medical Aids

Just been reading Big Dads thread on medical aid problems and i would like to know if anyone on this site has had problems with Spectramed. The reason i am asking is that both my sons were involved in a motorbike accident ( they were on the same bike) one on Discovery the other on Spectra med and Discovery paid the accounts (Ambulance Hospitals etc) within a week Spectramed are avoiding paying the accounts cliaming no benifets

Check your benefits with the medical aid. Are you sure your sons fund was not exhausted ?

What cover did he have ?
Check your options and their cover .

It was an 2 day hospital stay and i am sure he had a large hospital benifet however i will check
