I see the reason for the scratching of all the Peter horses is "Stewards investigation". Any idea what's this about?

Don't need a rulebook to guess why ! Innocent until proven guilty, but in my 50 years of racing never seen horses improve so radically...

4.2.18 within their discretion to take such decisions and actions as they may deem necessary to ensure the safety and/or wellbeing of PERSONS or HORSES involved in racing or necessary to ensure the RACES are conducted in a manner which safeguards the interests of all individuals and PERSONS. Such decisions will include the abandonment of a RACE/RACE MEETING, or any part thereof. [Amended 05.08.2020]
