TAB on Saturday 1st July

Clearly the tote IT infrastructure is inadequate for busy days. I could not get onto the new site all day on Saturday, and was only able to place tote bets via the old site and through my interbet account. Did others have the same challenges?
I have been having fun with the free daily Tote punters competition, and have picked up a number of prizes over the past few weeks. This is a very sensible intiative to encourage interest. However, for Saturday, I got my entry in well in advance on Friday morning, and placed the required R100 of bets. All record of these bets and my entry into the competition has disappeared from my account. This is a big worry as it indicates some very serious data integrity problems.

.....the tote will not see a dime from me....have been let down far too often and not only on bigger days....in the same ilk is the HWB systems.... where many family members and associates still have constant problems....even trying to participate in the free daily punters challenges for which I pass my fancies on to them for them to play still remains problematic....their selections are entered and often not recorded....and they then call me up bitching ....and I tell them they are very fortunate to actually have a chance of having an account there that occasionally works....:dry:

Still lots to do for TAB - I could also place some bets on the new site until about 13:00 - thereafter had to revert to other means - including the old TAB site -but of course that nullifies the objective of the Punter's compo - as bets on the old site does not qualify :dry:

Decided to throw them a bone after lotsa promotional e-mails and phone calls from them begging for my business. Entered the punter's competition yesterday and couldn't strike a bet on their site. Pathetic lot they are. Not even an email to say sorry. Absolutely useless. Will never ever see a cent of mine. Ended up going to my old faithful WSB, whose site worked like a charm the whole day. So much for the calls of 'bet with the tote' Pfffffffffff.........

Didn't they write a press release saying their website was the best in the world ever? ?🤣

Since then, they have lost Kenilworth, and lost the plot
