In race one there was a deadheat for 4th place, yet the dividend only includes one of the dead heating horses.

Hollywood is not paying out for the quartet (sad, cos I have the declared runner) ... I think correctly so. What happens now?

I would be disappointed with a refund as the Qtet oaid R5600 .... maybe split the pool and pay out with the 3 and the 13 ..
