Pathetic service. Withdrawal requested on 29.04.2023 still haven't received voucher. I requested a reversal to my Hwb account on 30.04.2023..... Yep still not done. Called the call Centre still no help.

I have passed onto the withdrawals team to address.

Anyone tried to login to the site lately? It says for security purposes, one must renew your login details, which i did. Try login again, it ask for the same darn information again. Got a sms with a new password and pin, tried logging in with that, won't allow one in. I must have confused this computer, that's the end of dealing with Hollywood. Always issues with this darn system.

Now it's says, "enter a valid e mail address", like i don't know my own e mail address!

Thanks to staff member at Hollywood, Prakash Francis, called me and walked me through changing my log-in details to something i will remember, much appreciated.

Please could you make sure that in your jackpot quickmixes you don't omit the scratched horses.
Some like to put the scratching in incase the tote favorite wins.
It's not usually like this but today you didn't even put the scratched numbers in the field,you somehow found it necessary to leave them out all together.
