What changes would you like to see in 2023 that will improve our racing?

Increase the tote’s decimal places to two decimal places. (Currently the dividends have one decimal place).

Round the dividend to the nearest decimal (Currently the decimals are rounded up).

Increase the minimum number of runners that qualify for place dividends.

Reducing the takeout by say 1% could generate a higher turnover by much more than 1%.

.....said it before....the tote needs to innovate to attract and retain punters....a bonus on daily turnover would go along way to retain or attract "churners"( those that play exotics in every race and race to race)....the selective punters with ATC's or multiples is not their game and with the bookies they will remain..........I was once a big churner but now a selective punter with greatly reduced spend but should a bonus be in the offing.... I just maybe tempted to churn knowing that my initial stake may be returned.....

.....may be tempted to give this a bash....as if you start to parole from a small stake and crack some early churn.... the initial stake may be returned but have not checked the T's&C's on if this bonus can be carried into the next race day....if not what is the point of punting with them...:whistle:

Email is to be sent to promotions@4racing.com, with “King’s Plate 10% Back – Acc no. XXXXXX” in the subject line. (Please ensure that your TAB account number is included in the subject line in place of the “XXXXXX”).
Accounts will be credited within 5 working days. This is to give sufficient time for transactions to be verified.
Only tote bets are accounted for.

......and that is the rest of the T's & C's.....five days to get a bonus and you have to mail them.....far too slow and one may be too busy with punting race to race on that day...should be instantaneous and automatic.....suppose they have no software to monitor this Guinea pig idea yet.....so how can they monitor if it is a success....:dry:

When I decided to play soccer from April last year more often I registered on their new site to take advantage of their first 10 bets promotion.

Ended up with over R1000 and got credited within 24 hours after sending the email.

......would I have to re-register on their new web site....or am I automatically registered through having an active account....have used their new site, but not for me......I was rather miffed as a long standing account holder from 18 years old....was not included in this initial promotion as it was only for new account holders when they 1st had the promo.....big problem is the way that they communicate which is not clear and defined.....actually I also think that they are in breach of the FICA act as I was only FICA'D with Phum yet my deposits say 4Racing and have drawn cash from the tote more recently at the WSB outlet....no ducks in a row here....they just f@ck forward regardless.....:ohmy:
