No Integrity of NHRA

Have done some more digging…..still HUGE amounts outstanding to both Phumelela for rentals and RA for nominations. Nothing being done about it?
So how the Hell can Moodley allow his license to be issued ..
Yet NHA are on the backs of smaller trainers owing a few rand .
Double standards at its Best .
Also very interesting is that neither RA or Phumelela got a default judgement in a court of law yet NHA put him on defaulter list with out the judgement .We had to get judgements from a court of law and Moodley would not default them .
Are we not all service providers like Phumelela and the RA but Moodley can do what he likes .Then gives him a trainers licence with over 1 Bar outstanding in the game to suppliers
OTA any news from Carte Blanche or Devi ???

This issue has been sorted out amicably, the debts have been acknowledged and will be sorted in the near future.

Hopefully the NHA see this as the way forward regarding racing debts. Swiftly, with no fuss,and a lot of money saved
