I must say it's unfortunately not something I do on a daily basis.

In the past I did experience a couple of days delay on larger withdrawal over a grand.

My experience over the last couple of weeks has been superb.

When requesting a withdrawal of any amount the payments were made instantaneously as quick as doing a tranfer between accounts in your own banking app.

Good withdrawals 😉

Usually, with Hollywood it takes 48 hours for the withdrawal to be processed. Last few weeks it's instantaneous. Well done to them.

However, the customer service needs to be improved. The waiting time to chat to a consultant is far too long. Unlike other betting shops were the response is far more prompt. Hopefully this aspect of their business can be improved.
