Municipal problem. There are generators in case of emergencies during a race but not big enough to run all the lights at full power I believe. Over 1000 spotlights if I counted properly a few years ago.

Really don't want to be negative but honestly the rent a crowd cheering and waving whatever.. is not doing anybody any favors. Are these people bussed in or are they genuine punters?.. I dont believe they are and they just trying to paint a picture which seriously is not working. Anyway just my opinion of course.

The card looks beatable today, someone will most likely win the punters challenge.
