Please can somebody from Hollywoodbets assist me.

I made an instant deposit last night using the OZOW payment method which as successful however my hollywoodbets account balance has not been updated. Kindly assist as soon as possible? Need to place my bets for the Gold Cup

have you tried online help? they take a few mins to respond but will help you

Hi Devin/Hollywoodbets, I still have not been contacted and the gold cup will be running soon. I tried the live chat option and I just got a generic response of your query has been escalated. Very disappointed in the slow customer service.

Just to let you know the double for Kranji still not working.
It's there as an option but it just says market may be inactive after submitting bet both on normal betting and betting with the tote.One minute before race start.
I must be the only person who likes to play these doubles as not really a priority for Hollywood's as it hasn't worked for months

Hi Dev can someone from ur team please contact me on 0615109850. Have tried emailing and managed to speak to consultant once and they were to call back still waiting. My query is a withdrawal issue ( outstanding from last week). Sorry to use this platform but I have tried every possible way including going to branch but with no help.

Dear Hollywood

Please assist with my withdrawal from Saturday still not in bank. Normally withdrawals are in my bank account within hours. I contacted support via chat yesterday and was told to wait. Surely it can't be taking this long unless my withdrawal has not been processed. Kindly advise.
