Commingling agreement between GC and 4Q

Anybody have any idea when the commingling agreement between Gold Circle and 4Q ends or has it been renewed?

My understanding is that a long term contract was refused by GC and that they continue on a short term renewable agreement. I stand to be corrected its either a 2 or 3 month rolling renewal.
