What are we watching while quality UK racing is going on - We watching MJ byleveld sitting on a rocking horse with a strange hat.

......if you want more viewing options for international racing then GallopTV is streets ahead......as these guys at 240 tend to over concentrate on local while GallopTV gets many more venues.....even this morning we get a full view of Sunshine Coast horses going down full 20min of it all.... and in the meantime races are off at several other Ozz venues and shown by GallopTV.....:S

Muhti I don't care about coverage. I play my bets and let them run, and if I win or lose, I find out anyway. The problem with coverage is that this determines the level of the pools. How can we play an international exotic if the pools get no build up due to focusing on potjie contests in Durbanville rather than showing us there is a race in Newmarket approaching in 5 mins, please start betting. Pools used to be really good, now they are sad, and just as we seemed to be making progress, we go back to this constant local coverage, even in down time.

.....I'm now watching the GR1 feed with Mauritius racing and they have the GallopTV Greyville soundtrack.....:S

The French race was finished before they were trying to load horses in the boxes at Greyville.
The obvious call was to have the split screen with commentary in France, let the race finish and then go full screen local.
I understand that local is first priority however this was common sense.

Dave - I think you are very confused. A MR65 in Greyville Polytrack is most certainly, without a doubt, the biggest priority to all punters. Please get your facts straight before posting. Who wants to watch a Group 1 that the entire world is betting into, when we can watch the loading process at Greyville in Full Screen and listen to the most exciting commentary as they turn into the golden highway down the polytrack straight? The correct call was made, and all involved should get a pat on the back.

.....:lol: :lol: :lol:.....and this is what happens when one has non racing people in a studio getting told that local racing has a priority over all others....then being managed by some racing people that cannot seem to throw in the odd ryder that big overseas racing festivals then become a priority on the other rare days....I purposely avoided the GallopTV feed as they on their race days automatically go to the split screen too.....todays GR1 feed after other racing in Mauritius had ended..... was pure seamless joy because it was delivered from professionals and very hard for the local yocal's to spoiL....it is in fact the best racing viewing I have seen in years....

......after having excellent coverage yesterday....they now fall down again....on GR1 now miss the last from Hong Kong and instead show wheels delayed Hobart carts milling around at the start for 7 minutes.... .

.....so glad Cape racing is on GallopTV today as I predict further lackadaisical coverage today....:S

.....was looking for Chantilly coverage and now see that I finally have GR2 on channel 18 of the Crenova decoder.....
but Chantilly was not there....but what is there is a b@lls up....as their betting slides for Ozz carts are not centered correctly nor is the picture and is cropped off with what is supposed to be the top split off and on the bottom....

....then I find Chantilly on GR1.....WOW what a pristine picture true HD quality.....:woohoo:

......but alas they still only score an E.....for half arse EFFORT......:dry:
