SOLE WIN , PLACE, EXACTA ,QUINELLA pools can continue but only on the FRENCH Harness and SWEDISH Harness racing sheet.

All other racing venues must offer ALL of the above plus TRIFECTA, QUARTET, SWINGER bets even if the pools are low.

There will be growth in time but there must be a move away from the SOLE offering of the four bet types first mentioned even if the BOOKS are not in favour of it.

Racecards/form guides should be easily available
In the 70's. 80's and 90's you could get the Racecards after every meeting at the racecourse's gate
Almost every 7'11 sold racecards and the Turf Guide
One of the main reasons i haven't had a bet since the Cape Town Met was i have been strugging to get the Computaform Express in recent times
I was so pissed off that for the first time ever i could not even enter the MET COMPETITION

With the internet and technology as newspapers went digital so as various publications from sport to racing. With pdf you can make notes. Here are the links.

Sometimes us toppies like hard copy, make notes etc

What the punter wants is straight shooting and plenty info, it's as if they don't want us to win. They make it as difficult as possible. I mean you walk into the tote, haven't scanned the form see a horse going down that you like, they won't even put the race distance up.
Everything is stacked against the punter. You want people to spend, they have have to see happy faces and winners.
These trainers are doping like there's no tomorrow. Some small oke gets a big fine, but big trainers horses are pumped full for the big meeting that gets postponed. All of a sudden a sure thing gets beaten solidly, what does that say?
Might as well toss the form.
Its getting difficult to win.
You probably better off playing the lotto
