I think the general consensus is that so many Africans have some degree of natural immunity from being previously infected. Which should be an indication that it's time to end lockdowns and the state of emergency.

Think it has something to do with malaria exposure and treatment...extreme north and south of Africa is outside the malaria zone and severity has been worse...south-east Asia also high malaria areas but Chinese coronavirus has not been as severe there...

mRNA vaccines have been in development since the 1990's. In fact the Ebola vaccine is a mRNA vaccine, and the only difference now is the inclusion of the spike protein, which the virus will infect you with anyway.
9.3 billion doses of the vaccines have been administered worldwide now, 30 million a day, there is more than enough data to prove it's effectiveness. The fact that a minuscule percentage of doctors somehow believe they know better than the leasing virologists in the world is inconsequential, how many doctors do you think have had the vaccine? "Let that sink in" as you say. To blatantly ignore the overwhelming amount of data supporting the vaccines shows extreme confirmation bias.

I don't see how someone should lose their job for simply not getting vaccinated however, unless it's covered in their employment contract. If not then on what grounds is the dismissal based?

If you owned a pharmaceutical company would you not want to employ the best possible candidates?

To push your product that is making you billions in profits in return for a cut in the form of "research" funding? Small price to pay...as a business, most certainly...but ethics and morals left at the door...
