Turfontein boxes

Just another point to raise.

It happens like this
1. You receive your contract, you sign it and pay.
2. You supposed to receive the contract back singed by them.

This year everything was done correctly, signed by myself, paid and sent POP back.
Every year my auditors need to see a signed contract by you and them your contract as it relates to a payment.

I have now been trying if not begging to have their signature on contract signed by them back to place in record for this. I even went there, I’ve mailed them many times, I’ve sent them sms and WhatsApp’s for this to happen, without any success at all. Remember they want the money early as usual even if racing is closed to public and owners.this has been going on for a while now.

How are they getting their audits passed I have no idea.

Hi Oscar,you were supposed to get a 4 month discount from last year which should have been taken off this years payment if you never got this i would demand that they reimburse you.Get hold of Andrew Langham who is the CFO and demand that you get a signed copy of your lease,if that doesn't help get hold of Colin Gordon he really is very accommodating and I'm sure he will have this sorted out in no time.
