Hollywood nightmare...PLEASE HELP

On behalf of my friend...
He registered with Hwoodbets a few months back.Now he has major problems with FICA. He has send through the details time and again. I have done it for him as well. But still they say the proof of residence is unclear. Taken with exactly the same camera as the ID. Yes, all 4 corners are clearly visible. I have contacted them on Twitter and via e-mail. Always the same problem. He is frustrated beyond belief to the point where he wants to close his account. He is an avid gambler and gambles everyday,loves it. But when he wanted to withdraw he can't cos of the FICA problem.
We had the same problem with our other friend but ended up getting his ACC fixed. I've done everything I possibly know and can...
So anybody...PLEASE HELP. I'll send details of him when/if anybody can help.

I don't know who to vent my frustration too.
On Sunday i made a withdrawal with Nedbank imali to withdraw at ATM (for the first time), somehow i didn't receive my pin on my cellphone. The money is in Mobiwallet but i cant access it with *200*002# USSD.
Seemingly Hollywood can't do anything, past 5 days they have been looking for solution. Nedbank also said they can't do anything other than a request for funds to be resend the money back to Hollywood but due to security reasons they need request from sender not receiver. John Israel from HW also worked tirelessly to have this sorted, I contacted Hollywood to write Nedbank to reverse the funds but NOTHING IS DONE YET. I dnt know how many more punters face this predicament with Nedbank Imali, how costly it is to call both call centres. Initially i was quiet thinking the problem might be resolved in 2/3 days maximum but seemingly its gonna take more days, months or years. I have even lost my mood for punting with Hong Kong resuming on Sunday (by now i should have finished studying the form). Poor customer service!!!!

Can your friend not visit a branch an fica in person?
TBH they want your mate to FICA and won`t be saying they can`t read the fica if it`s not.
Try using a better qualify smart phone or scanning the document direct to an email and upload

Hollywood just not worth the PT....sent in my FICA documents and received a mail that it was received, 15 September 2020 (2917352), sent a follow up mail on 17 September and yet to hear a peep, top class
