Race Track: Turf. 2500m near oval circuit inside Standside Track. All races run clockwise round turn with run-in of slightly less than 500m. Track rises 10m from the 1400m to the 500m marks.

Best Draws: Low-number draws preferable over 1450m and 1600m.

Wonder if gray will win the last again today

Looks a tough card on a miserable day in the province (well not only KZN can be called that :dry:); 2 value bets to consider for each-way play imo:

R1: Curfew - maybe St John can break the trend and win the first and not the last - fair runs this track and as good a chance as any imo

R5: Tillieangus - yes out at the weights on official ratings, but his last 3 runs since re-locating up north have been fair - and the last 2 in plated races, so MR stays the same - especially the run behind Forever Mine catches my eye, and from pole position could make them run
