The politburo make things up as they go along...the comrades have stocked up on the dop so all good to prohibit the proletariat...
I see that DD Mabuza on his way to the good old USSR for "treatment"...apparently he's paying for the trip and treatment out of pocket...lol...whatever happened to the experts and elusive excellence that the ANC is so quick to want to advance but they themselves won't use?

Travel by jockeys and trainers should not be allowed immediately. If Gold comedy allows this then they will be heavily criticized but wait that’s nothing new for this bunch who think they can overrule government regulations.

An issue too, for me, seems to be that the July has been prioritised over Level 4. They might get bitten.
Why would they get bitten? The rule to stop jockeys from traveling is an NHRA rule, not a government rule. You allowed to travel for work purposes.

Mac, i think leisure travel is not permitted, but for work purposes is permitted. So maybe for inter-provincial travel, one would have to obtain a permit from your employer as was a year ago - i could be wrong though.
Guessing has never been widely acclaimed as a good gambling strategy.

Mac I see your point but it's a blessing in disguise that they have put in the travel ban. Now with schools closing for the July holidays traditionally scores of up country holidaymakers made their way to the coast every year.
As the clique goes...………………...Durban...……...the warmest place to be. Especially in Winter.

Workers would need permits I think?
