I have a horse running this Sunday at Scottsville in race 3 called Young Nelson, he will run a much improved race. This is the distance he's been looking for, furthermore he's collaterals seem pretty good. A horse called Bush tracker who finished just in front of him came out to win a good race on Wednesday. The Ajs captain formline should be one to follow. The boy has a good draw and will give a really good account of himself.

Good Traveller beat what many considered the best 2 year old in the Cape, if not the country, Cosmic Highway, comfortably. Who has both Gimme A Prince and Pyromaniac beaten?
Guessing has never been widely acclaimed as a good gambling strategy.

What a top days racing to look forward too. If the Weather Gods are correct then it will be a stunning day in PMB and hoping that the course has dried up nicely!

SEA EAGLE storming finish on debut and the one to beat from a good draw…dangers could be LAZULI who could improve more over the extended trip…OFFICIAL SECRET showing good improvement and despite the wide draw will be running on at the finish.
Long story short in the second lol…VARISTOCRACY will be a hard nut to crack barring a good debut from any of the first timers but does look like a solid Bipot banker. MISS LIALAH could be good 4 place value if fit and well after a rest!
SECRET GIVER looks the one to beat but in such a big field will need luck in the running…SANCTITY obvious danger after a good last run in the soft…SONJADOR also always there at the finish but did not really act in the soft last time…jockey could make the difference…ANCIENT STATE, CAULDRON and GIANTS CASTLE others to consider for the upset!
Looks like a 3 horse in race 4 with a finish in this order imo …DEPUTY MARSHALL/UPLIFTED/KOOPA TROOPA
2-year-old races are always tough to decipher as form changes constantly…having said that SHEELA looks like the real deal and so does SOUND OF WARNING…if either flop then SKY GLITTER or HEAVENS GIRL could pick up the pieces. One that also represents good 4 place value is CASA INVERNO who could have needed its first run in the province!
PYROMANIAC looks progressive and could be hard to pass…. BARD OF AVON another one with a good debut and sustained run…could be up the task…GOOD TRAVELLER and GIMME A PRINCE look likely winners but wont have it easy this time around…ELMO could be anything…tough race to call
TRUE TO LIFE will be extremely hard to beat in this off that rating…spooks for me if the upset is to come will be WINTER SMOKE and SWEET FUTURE!
Exciting and very challenging feature…CHIMMICHURI RUN classy and look for a big run…BATTLE FORCE is in a good space and will be right there again…others too consider are MK’s PRIDE , ULTRA MAGNUS , BOHICA and ISHNANA who looks top place value at current odds.
Lucky last and if you still in the exotics the all the best…shortlist for me will be all of WILLIAMS LAND, SACHDEV, CAPTAIN OF STEALTH ,DUC D’ORANGE ,MORE MAGIC,WILD COAST, CAT DADDY and a lurker in SOCRATES!

Enjoy, be safe and lets bring home the bacon!!!

Rained on and off all night in and around Durban. Not sure if PMB got it as well.
