Fancy the double, (R5) Royal Watch X (R6) Brianna.

Royal Watch, may have suffered from the dreaded second run after a rest syndrome, but was far from disgraced. Peak run tomorrow, and should appreciate the extra after staying on over 1600 last time out. Stable companion and second favourite, Kariba Hall, taking on stronger than last, going to trust Fourie's judgement seeing he has opted to stick with Royal Watch.

Brianna, at the weights should finish ahead of Green Light Gal, ran above her rating last time out and may be better than rated. If she gets away on terms, think she'll run them down.
Guessing has never been widely acclaimed as a good gambling strategy.

Bayern, with you on Royal Watch. Now that Brianna is scratched, GLG should be a banker?

I am going to add Boldly go to make up a treble.

A bit disappointed Brianna is scratched, l got 3/1, was a pointer today. When i last looked this morning, it was 12/10. Getting back to the race, with the scratching of Brianna, it is very open, and there are a few with chances now, finding the right one is difficult, in my opinion. Follow you gut feeling.

To me the card looks pretty straightforward. Not many outright bankers but not many spooks.

My banker for the day is R7, no.: 2 Lilac Sensation. Won very easy last time (hands and heels) and came smoothly from a stalking position on a day when the front runners were holding on. The 2 point rise is not a hindrance, imo.

My bets:

BiPot: 5.7 x 1.2.5.6. x 1 x 1.2 x 5.6 x 1.4.5

PA: 3.5.6 x 1 x 1.2 x 5.6 x 1.4 x 2 x 1.5

PA: 6 x 1 x 1 x 6 x 4 x 2 x 1.5

P6: 1 x 1.2 x 2.5.6 x 1.4.5.6 x 2 x 1.2.5.7.8

JP1: 1.2 x 2.5.6 x 1.4.5.6 x 2

Safe To Assume wouldn't have to be too clever to win this, issues aside.
