I have had a horrendous experience with this online bookmaker and am bitterly dissapointed with there service.
I am still waiting for payments on my withdrawal for wel over a week and after numerous emails & a number of phone calls they still cant help me with regards to non-payment and any reason as to why payment has not been made...where to from here as a punter...

These issues can usually be resolved by taking a deep breath..

Any more information why you haven`t been paid?

Hi Bob...absolutely nothing from there side, i have sent them numerous emails and spoke to there manager again today on the phone twice and he says he hasnt got a clue, so if he does not have a clue after more than a week then what???...

In their defence, I’ve been paid out by them this week and in general it normally take 1-2 business days in my experience.

Although WSB pay out in a matter of hours, so I don’t know why others can’t do the same.

JET you still haven’t said what the issue is?

Is it a dispute or length of time it’s taking to reflect?

Also it might also be better in this instance in the matter of fairness that your use your real name.

That way we can ask GGG for a comment

Hi Bob...thought i did explain it 1st up, however to make it more clear...from the time i pressed the withdraw funds button on the online betting site up until now has been 10 days and i have still not recieved my withdrawal payment yet & even after many emails and telephone calls i have still not recieved my money yet and they have not paid it to me and have given me no reason as to why i have not been paid the money due to me...for the purpose of this platform i would like to stay anonymous however you do have my details when i registered and are more than welcome to follow up with GGGameing...

Hi...after 10 days of no payment on my withdrawal i finaly got my 1st positive response from them, saying that they will resolve the situation on Monday by then its the 12th day and if by chance they make payment then by the time the money reflects in my account it will be 2 weeks...they did say sorry for tardiness & "breakdown in communication"...
