Whatever happened to them. I used to have a telephone betting account with them and there were no problems experienced. No EFT and things, used to do a deposit via the bank and fax the slip to them, alternatively they debited the credit card.
If you cashed your winnings, a phone call was all and the money was in your account.
.....was up at Sun City for the Nedbank Golf Challenge one year and then I was once one of their(Nedbank) VIP customers and was treated like a King.....took some bets with them at the start of the compo before the week end.....got really hot and sticky(sunblock) through the day and could have used the club house facilities provided for a shower....but did not have a change of clothes....so at the end of the day hotfooted it back home and jumped into the pool fully clothed.....:silly:

....so when I removed the paper mashe from my pockets threw it into the bin....on the final day Bernhard Langer my bet to win it came from the clouds to win.....on the Monday I contacted TAB North West to tell them my story....gave my digits and they said that they would get back to me.....before the end of that day they called me and said that they had traced my bet and asked for my bank account details.....next day my winnings were in the account....that is a type of service we do not ever see today.....lose a tote ticket today and you will jump through hoops and still risk not ever being paid out...:ohmy:
