That Katak has left the country or is leaving?

I understand the reasons, but to me it`s an unfinished job in South Africa

Gutted....more for the horse though. He is most likely going to fade into oblivion, as the stats shows us.

Do we know to which country Katak is going? SA needs a group winner in the UK. I think we still do not have one yet?

No, from of the top of my head, we have Soft Falling Rain who won the GR2 Joel Stakes at Newmarket - which coincidentally, is on Friday.

Shea Shea ran 2nd in the Kings Stand and Nunthorpe if I recall correctly, didn't win unfortunately.

It seems then that it will be up to Hawwaam to plug that elusive Group 1 win in the UK.

Turning it around.
Can anybody recall an European bred who RACED significantly well in SA?.
Remember when all the Cards had SNL against their names

Though not part of the UK, Flaming Rock, the Irish Bred in my time will be right up there with the best.

Yes. Shea Shea came the closest to winning a Group One in the UK.

Also Imbongi, won a Grade 3 in the UK.

Was desperate not to win at Ascot
