what is going on with your website ,I cannot get any bets on ...please sort this problem out otherwise I have to look at another bookmaker ..ths is not on .

I have just emailed them, pathetic! Every time I make an instant EFT, I need to advise them that is not reflecting and they take their time to rectify their mistake!

I am going to make screenshots of the bets I wanted to take and they will have to pay me out if the best arrive due to their incompetence.

How can an instant eft not reflect immediately? And this is not an isolated incident.

I cant wait an hour plus to place bets????

I made 2 eft about an hour ago nothing reflecting what number are you calling as the numbers I use no one answers

Now they have logged me out and all my bets, 16 in total are lost and I need to resubmit them whenever my money is available in my Hw account that have been deducted from my bank account more than an hour ago!

Dev, please after tomorrow close my account.

This is bullshit!

I will go somewhere where things work!

This after playing more than R5k on your platform in the past 5 days.

Same here, deposit made at 19H13, the July promo is in but no instant eft amount.

EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING.

If there is an issue advise your customers so we do not waste our money making deposits we cannot access.

And our time Super Red! I work during the day and need to get me bets on early... yes I am addicted, but its my money and expect the service that goes with an online platform who has no issues with taking money from me!

I am 15 minutes on the line to HW and no one is answering...this is unacceptable service now i can't even get on Yarmouth Jpt

Same here Elmo, nobody answers as well as that chat they have on their website crashes continuously.
Looks like it’s time to shop around elsewhere.

Huge pity, we all see how hard Dev tries to sort out and put out fires, but when you have a dodgy IT system and a totally useless and incompetent back of office staff there is not enough water to put out the fires.

I just did a eft to Hollywood and it reflected after about 3 to 4 minutes,.This afternoon I also did and it reflected. I think it depends on what bank. One bank that is unreliable is standard bank as they sometimes take a day to reflect in another standard bank account.
So for me I find it very quick and straight away in.

well, you do get 15% bonus 4 or more times a year - but how they haven't fired the it guys (or girls) eons ago is a mystery - and "support"?; good grief
I have found the best way to deposit is this OTT voucher thing - buy it online, insert the pin number and you are credited instantaneously
