Of course this assumes racing goes ahead and at 14h00 today it was favourite to NOT go ahead. Having said that there was plenty demand and reasons given to win them over.

Unfortunately, PE makes more sense than Kimberley because they already have about 10 or 11 jocks based there.
Overall, if we fall under Agriculture, then it is all systems go. Whole of Agriculture is open, even Livestock Auctions...
But, we can only hope, until we know specifically.

See that Ramzan stayed there from lockdown, so they ok.
Also, in terms of our app to Govt, we are limited to 12 horse fields.

Horse racing is an equestrian performance sport, typically involving two or more horses ridden by jockeys (or sometimes driven without riders) over a set distance, for competition.
I hope they do not view it as the above, and rather breeding to auction to racing, without racing no breeding so dead. It is worrying as the presentation was on point and racing should not be in the situation it is as we all have known for many many years.

Promoting e-commerce. That should help our unemployment epidemic. Yes, it's a disease that kills many people...directly and indirectly.

Racing post
Top US trainers Bob Baffert and Doug O'Neill were among demonstrators who rallied in front of the Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors on Tuesday, urging for a resumption of behind-closed-doors racing in California.
Racing has been on hold at Santa Anita Park since March 27, deemed a non-essential business during the Covid-19 pandemic by order of the Los Angeles County Health Department. Racing was also suspended at Golden Gate Fields on April 2 by its health department.
The only track racing in California is Los Alamitos, where a mixed meet of thoroughbreds and quarter horses is permitted. The other tracks can only conduct training.
The rally on Tuesday was a follow-up action to the submission of hundreds of emails from horseracing supporters to the board, said organiser Oscar de la Torre, a regular advocate for backstretch workers. The names of those who contacted the board were then announced before various agenda items during their teleconference, which covered a wide range of topics affecting the county.
De la Torre was encouraged by the board's passage of agenda item 20, 'Los Angeles County roadmap to economic recovery', which outlined a multi-phased approach for reopening businesses.
De la Torre and others in the industry, including the Stronach Group, have voiced their concern over the financial and social costs of the shutdown, which affects thousands of horseracing workers across the state including more than 750 who work on the Santa Anita backstretch.

I must say I have gone through a updated list of what is allowed and don’t see horse racing. Surely if it was they would have discussed it under agriculture last night. Not a good sign. Once again I say as much as I want racing again I’m not sure how those clowns will see it.

I would think auction sales and breeding would fall under Agriculture and Racing would fall under Sport and Entertainment - Like manufacturing of Motor Vehicles vs Motor Racing - I don't really think Racing per se is a risk behind closed doors but the worry would be IF there was an outbreak of Covid at a training center and Grooms and trainers were sick(I suppose 60% would show symptoms) who would look after the horses?
