I recall CLOTH OF ICE an eye catcher on debut.

Was looking for an appropriate name in the last race to say farewell to racing?

9. way of the world 🌎
6 written in stone
14 we all chomies

Could be the trifecta combination

Race 1

Stephanus Botha
No 7 City Deep - I'm expecting him to run a nice race
Fabian Habib
No 11 Pacific Dream - Working well, has a place chance

Race 2

Lucky Houdalakis
No 6 Miss Elegance - Will need the experience
Stephanus Botha
No 7 Mode - She's a nice filly but should still need this run
Corne Spies
No 2 Zernez - The 1400 meters should suit her and she should have a
good place chance

Race 3

Dorrie Sham
No 3 Back To Black - Very nice colt, may need the experience
Paul Peter
No 5 Blue Moon City - Decent sort, place chance
Philip Labuschagne
No 9 The Boogeyman - Will need the experience
Corne Spies
No 2 Luke Moonwalker - He will enjoy this distance and should be
included in exotic bets.
No 8 Maple Street - Will still be green
No 10 The Eight Lord - Expecting a good run

Race 4

Romeo Francis
No 13 Brave Detail - He's been showing nice work so I'm expecting an
improved run
Fabian Habib
No 3 Capjack - He takes on a competitive field but did run an improved
race last time and could place.
Grant Maroun
No 8 Fort Love - Trying further, small place chance
Robbie Sage
No 2 Kool Baikal - Should run a good race
No 5 Romantic Era - Looking for improvement

Race 5

Stephanus Botha
No 4 Kings Cup - He just needed his last run and I expect him to run a big race
Ashley/Andrew Fortune
No 9 Bellagio King - Should show improvement against this slightly weaker field.
No 7 Capetown Affair - Should show improvement against this slightly
weaker field.
Corne Spies
No 12 Canquari - Needs to improve
Geoff Woodruff
No 1 Theravada - He's working well and should be thereabouts

Race 6

Ashley/Andrew Fortune
No 8 Tahitian Orana - She's an honest filly and we have opted to put
the blinkers back on. Each-way chance
Fabian Habib
No 4 Now You See Me - He's drawn out wide which is not in his favour.
He tries a longer trip and if he sees it out, could be in the
placings.
Grant Maroun
No 12 Tombola - Worth an each-way bet

Race 7

Stephanus Botha
No 14 Trip To Paradise - His last run was an improvement but he is a
bit inconsistent.
Fabian Habib
No 12 City Dancer - He choked up in his last race so that run can be
ignored. Could place.
No 9 Waqaas - He does seem to be more suited to racing around the bend
but nevertheless is well and should have a strong each-way shout.
Grant Maroun
No 6 Category Four - Worth an each-way bet
Corne Spies
No 13 Bouncing Tigger - Has a place chance
Geoff Woodruff
No 9 Top Rank - His work is good and he is usually competitive so
should be included.

Race 8

Paul Peter
No 9 Way Of The World - Might need the run
Roy Magner
No 13 Sweet Trial - He's always thereabouts and I'm hoping for another
decent run
No 15 The Makwakkers - His last run was disappointing.I'm hoping for a
better run this time.
Grant Maroun
No 18 Golden Man - Has a place chance
Corne Spies
No 2 Roger The Dodger - Has come on since his maiden win and has an
each way chance

Race 1 - Fort Alado lightly raced and blinkers fitted for drop in distance. Second start when fifth this course gives him a place chance.
