Greyville in spotlight

Racing Post has the cards and are highlighting the venue as a punting option for a racing starved UK public
Racing has closed down in Britain but there is still action around the world – and the Racing Post has it covered.
Viewers and punters will need to adjust their schedule, though, as South Africa leads off with an eight-race meeting, starting at 10.50am on the Polytrack at Greyville in Durban
Greyhound racing continues – Racing Post Greyhound TV is covering the big evening meetings and there are full cards in the paper.
On my personal note!
Have been a big fan of greyhound racing for many years and maybe a better option than roulette to the operators?
Good punting (if you can find one)

Time for the operators to wake up and have later starting times especially at venues under lights. If we are the only jurisdiction racing in the European afternoon the pools will be massive

They are 2 hrs behind us so if we started racing eg 16.00 hrs it would be their normal time of around 2 in the afternoon to start punting.

A brilliant strategy. You see, we do have some clever people here.

......so Greyville and possibly Turffies and Kenilworth to have "twilight" meetings.....not the Vaal though they ran out of light as I predicted yesterday......

GC are already talking about canceling night meetings, so not sure how happy they would be
