I see 343 horses have raced in Kimberley since 1 August 2019 vs 701 horses in the entire 2018/2019 season.

what is gonna happen to these horses. very few to None are good enough for other provinces. are they going to be culled or sold as horse meat, glue etc

Is Larry still the stumbling block?
