Breeders’ Cup
With all 22 races from the Breeders’ Cup meeting on Friday 1 November and Saturday 2 November being broadcast live on Tellytrack from Santa Anita Park in California, TAB will be offering punters a comprehensive and exclusive betting bonanza.
On Friday TAB will be offering the following betting options:
Win, Place (their Show pool = first, second, third), Exacta on all races;
Rolling Pick 3 and Rolling Daily Double on all races;
Pick 4 (Jackpot) - 3 pools. Race 2-5, Race 6-9, Race 7-10;
Pick 6 - Races 4 to 9
Remember, Friday’s race times (SA time, going into Saturday morning) are as follows:
Race 1 – 19:45​​​​Race 2 – 20:20
Race 3 – 20:55​​​​Race 4 – 21:32
Race 5 – 22:12​​​​Race 6 – 22:52
Race 7 – 23:32​​​​Race 8 – 00:12

On Saturday TAB will be offering the following betting options:

Note the following:
• Win, Place = R32 minimum, thereafter R16 increments;
• Daily Double = R32 minimum and increments;
• Exacta, Pick 6 = R16 unit;
• Pick 3, Pick 4 = R8 unit;
• Because of overlapping races, there will be no Will Pays on second and third Pick 4s on Friday. And on Saturday there will be no Will Pays on first two Pick 4s.

• Coupled runners have the same number and are differentiated by letter A or B or C etc after the number of the horse/s in the coupling (example 1, 1A, 1B, 1C).
• For dividend purposes, all coupled runners are coupled for all bet types. If result is First 1; Second 1A; Third 4; Fourth 1B; Fifth 7 then: Win = number 1; Place = numbers 1 and 4 with 2/3 of pool allocated to number 1; Exacta = 1x4; Swinger = 1x4, 1x7, 4x7; Trifecta = 1x4x7; Place Accumulator = only numbers 1 and 4 qualify.

Melbourne Cup, Flemington Racecourse Melbourne, Tuesday 5 November

TAB’s online betting system will be live and operational from 04:00 on Tuesday 5 November to accommodate punters who want to get in on the Melbourne Cup action.
The race meeting starts at 01:50, while Race 7, the Melbourne Cup, will be run at 06:00. The last race on the card, race 10, is scheduled to be run at 08:15.
Tellyrack will broadcast Races 5-10 live from Flemington.
There will also be live coverage on Tellytrack of several Australian meetings as normal, including Randwick and Eagle Farm.

Betting details:
TAB pools for Flemington Races 5-10 on Tuesday will open on Monday 4 November;
TAB tote sheets with fields and tips for Flemington will be available in TAB shops and tabonline from Monday morning.
Flemington: RACES 5-10:
Commingled - Win, Place, Exacta, Rolling Double (Races 1-2; 2-3 etc).
SA pools - RACES 7-10: Swinger, Trifecta, Quartet.
• All bets R1 unit;
• Rolling Double R2 increments;
• Commingled pools minimum bet R12 (minimum Eachway Bet = R6 Win, R6 Place = R12);
• SA pools minimum bet R6.

TABCORP Australia Place Rules:
• Less than 5 carded = no Place betting;
• 5-7 carded = payouts FIRST, SECOND;
• 8 or more carded = payouts FIRST, SECOND, THIRD.

TAB will add R10,000 to the Quartet pool on the Melbourne Cup, Race 7 @ 06:00.
