Mike Azzie No 11 Paw Patrol – Will need the run
Dianne Stenger
No 12 Star Effect – Should be suited over further
Tobie Spies
No 8 Canquari – Has a small place chance
No 6 Imperial Ruby – Has a small place chance
Barend Botes
No 5 Semper Fi – Should enjoy the blinkers and the longer trip and should run a big race
Mike/Matthew De Kock
No 10 Nimitz – We have fitted blinkers to him and he has a good each way chance
Race 2
Heather Adamson
No 2 Sea Like Glass – Was badly cut into last time. She could be in the places here
No 4 Sweet Tafia – Is working well and could earn a stake cheque.
Barend Botes
No 1 Doubled Over – Is probably my next best runner on the day. Her last race is best ignored and I am expecting a much better effort.
Race 3
Tobie Spies
No 7 Miss Khalifa – She’s fit and well and took her run well last Thursday. Can be in the money
Mike Azzie
No 3 The Sash – She has a tricky draw to overcome but ran a nice race last time out and is capable of of a decent run.
Race 4
Mike Azzie
No 6 Suspicious Minds – Will need the run
No 8 Reach For The Line – He has tons of ability but also has a mind of his own. We will be trying different tactics to see if we can get the best out of him. He is one to include in permutations but is not one that can be punted with confidence.
Dorrie Sham
No 9 Sabbatical – First run back on the highveld, may need it
Mike/Matthew De Kock
No 1 Ashbaal – He has a tough ask at the weights and will also probably just need this run
No 5 Fired Up – Expecting a good run, has an each way chance
Race 5
Mike/Matthew De Kock
No 3 Gimme Hope Johanna – Has an each way chance
Race 6
Fabian Habib
No 1 Scoop – Working well, will need the run
Tobie Spies
No 5 Captain Morgane – He comes back after a rest and may just be short of a run
Race 7
Paul Peter
No 4 Fly Away – Should run well
Barend Botes
No 8 Swell Time – Rested, will need the run
No 7 Indian Song – Has her first run for the stable and may just need it
Tobie Spies
No 5 True Charm – Should be in the money
Race 8
Tobie Spies
No 12 Class Protector – Battling to regain form
No 2 She’s So Sassi – Battling to regain form
Barend Botes
No 7 Fly North – Has a small place chance
Fabian Habib
No 1 Celestial Fire – She’s a recent maiden winner with top weight to shoulder. Place chance
Dianne Stenger

Azzie says paw patrol will need the run why then not build the horse from 1000m or 1200m then 1400m so on but puts Khumalo on 1st run over 1600m i do not believe then this horse will need the run

I like this card - hopefully I'll find a few ...
R1: Open contest; Semper Fi steadily improving, gets blinkers today and the stable seems confident - good each-way value imo with Latin Opus (another one who according to the formlines in Computaform did not get the 4kg allowance last time it ran ???) - probably needed his last run and was drawn 13 out of 13 in the Inside Track - improvement to come; Sell High, Tunnel of Love and of course Nimitz can't be ignored
R2: Machali obvious chance, but too short in the market imo; Doubled Over fair form before last run and with By Chance are the value and could make the favorite pick up his feet
R3: Open Fillies and Mares Handicap; the obvious ones like Littlewood, Rachel and Piccadilly square should fight this out; roughie to consider imo is Therecanbeonlyone - last time was given a real poor ride imo - today tries shorter again and comes in with a postage stamp on her back courtesy of capable apprentice Syster
R4: For me Hidden Agenda really looks thrown in here - in form, good draw; 4 kg allowance means he is receiving weights from 1x winners - what's not to like ?
R5: Competitive Fillies and Mares Handicap - none of the 6 can be ignored, narrow first choice for me is Gimme Hope Johanna, who is 2 from 2 this track and trip
R6: Graduation Plate, but not that easy; Topmast looks very well in at the weights and has his 3rd run after a rest, so definite chance; biggest danger imo Capetown Affair who is another one benefiting from a 4kg claimer; Scoop and Mythical BOlt next best imo
R7: Image Award a winner this track and trip - looks cherry ripe and also gets the advantage of apprentice Dicken and his 4 kg claim; See You Tyger, True Charm and Fly Away return from breaks, but can feature - for me El Zara has more to do today
R8: Yet another ride for Mr Dicken that looks hard to beat imo; the maiden win was very good and she does take on some strugglers - Claremorris has not won for 2 and a half years
Enjoy

R1 I'm also not convinced about Nimitz, and will rather go for Semper Fi. If Tunneloflove overcomes the draw must also be a big runner.
Race 2 Machali a bipot and PA banker
Race 5 Ancient Spirit mostly has Durban form, but from draw 1 must be a runner here. Abelie my next choice.
Race 6 Mythical Bolt should be too good at the weights.
The other races look very open.

SILVER HUB (WIN)
Ever since stepping up in trip has been showing improvement
Last 2runs were from deep draws
Finished in 4th place 3.55lengths off date palm, made steady progress if shows more improvement from this run today should have a say in the finish
Drawn okay at 7 and trainer looking for his first winner of the season, with with a 31% place rate to runners
