With regards to the way the results are now displaying on TABOnline was due to the complaints and queries that were being received on US racing as to why the results were being displayed incorrectly at times.

This was being caused due to the different win ruling (ie US and France) with regards to “couplings”.

As a result of this, the format had to be edited to ensure that the correct information was being disseminated and this was the solution.

We are sure that customer’s will get accustomed to it, as the previous way was displayed in a format that one was accustomed to for many years.

We do apologise to the customer’s that feel this is not as “user-friendly” as the past format, but was necessary to ensure that the correct information is being displayed.

We will consider other formats to make it a better read, but this will only be done in time. The priority was to rectify the current situation.

......fair enough as per the explanation.....but since they brought it up.....we know that in french racing horse there are coupled for a win if they have the same ownership.....I do not normally play win bets at these venues but have never seen TAB display 2 coupled horses for a win in the result.....:huh:

....looks like more porkie pies....as I have now observed that in the the French races this week the same ownership runners are not reflecting same win amount as per coupling like they used to....either they have changed the coupling rule....or we are no longer co-mingling....just keep the punters in the dark why dont you.....:huh:

At least make it fit on the screen.

Apologies for the delayed response. With regards to Muthiman’s observation, please click on the link below and look at Borely Marseille Tuesday 04 June 2019 Race 5 or Feurs 28 June 2019 Race 5 (there is a long list of these, but just pointing out 2). It is now displaying 2 x Win dividends, which are the owner couplings in France.

This is due to the change in how the results are being displayed.

However, with this being said, the French stopped the commingling of owners in the Win pool from 01 July, so we will no longer have this scenario from France.

Moving onto Hugh49’s observation, this seems to be happening only when one is using a mobi device and making the browser as a “desktop version”. We can confirm that it shows correctly, without scrolling left to right, on desktop and mobi (if one turns their device 90 degrees).

We will look into the coding of this to see how we can make it user friendly as pointed out by Hugh49. We can also confirm, should you log into your TABOnline account and click on “Horses” and then “Toteboards” it is also being displayed in a user friendly manner here.

We hope that this gives some clartiy on the above matters.
