One World rating of 117 means if any horse runs a blinder to it will get penalised, severely if it runs a blinder.

The other factor why there could be less acceptances is because even if you run off the board you still can get penalised and rating go up as the handicappers have done recently.

Majestic Mozart is the one to watch. Could be better than its rating.
