Trainer Comments and nadine’s selections

RACE 1 :

1ST FOUR SELECTIONS :
1 / 5 / 2 / 8

ALAN GREEFF - Number 1 - KUNGHAYFATCHOY : He tries blinkers and
can do better.
GAVIN SMITH - Numbers 3 and 5 - KING WINTER & EXALTATION : Hoping
for improvement from King Winter. Exaltation is working very well and
will be right there.
JACQUES STRYDOM - Numbers 4, 7 and 8 - TARIQUE, TIBETAN ROUGE &
HURRICANE SASHA : Tarique ran fourth on Friday and can place again.
Tibetan Rouge is trying, but will find this short. Hurricane Sasha can
place.

RACE 2 :

1ST FOUR SELECTIONS :
3 / 2 / 1 / 5

GAVIN SMITH - Number 1 - CAPTAIN CARLOS : He tries further and can
hopefully get closer.
SHARON KOTZEN - Numbers 2, 5 and 6 - MINDMYMOOOOD, GREAT CRUSADE &
BALTIC DANSEUR : Mindmymooood is a professional maiden, but he is very
consistent and always has a chance. Great Crusade ran well in his
last, he tries the blinkers which can further bring him on as well as
a bit further which we do believe will suit. Baltic Danseur is new to
the yard and to the Poly, if he takes to the surface he can definitely
improve in a small field.

RACE 3 :

1ST FOUR SELECTIONS :
6 / 3 / 2 / 4

GAVIN SMITH - Numbers 2 and 9 - FASHION FORCE & PERCEPTIONIST :
Fashion Force is always thereabouts. Perceptionist enjoys track and
trip and has a quartet chance.
ALAN GREEFF - Numbers 3 and 6 - HIDDEN POWER & COZY CHESTNUT :
Hidden Power is never far back and always has to be included in
quartets. Cozy Chestnut ran a great second on Friday and has a winning
chance.
GRANT PADDOCK - Number 4 - GREY MISSILE : She may just need this.
Hoping she takes well to the surface.
DUNCAN MCKENZIE - Number 7 - NEVERLETUGO : She’s always honest and
can earn again.
TARA LAING - Number 10 - CHAT SHOW : Hoping for improvement.
SHARON KOTZEN - Numbers 1 and 5 - SPOILS OF WAR & ANGEL JOLEE :
Spoils of War has his first for the yard and on the Poly, if she takes
to the surface she has the ability to run in the money, though her
draw is not ideal having her first start on the surface. Angel Jolee
is working really well, her better runs have been on the Poly and
drawn well she definitely has a chance.

RACE 4 :

1ST FOUR SELECTIONS :
1 / 6 / 2 / 3

ALAN GREEFF - Numbers 3, 5 and 6 - QUICK GLIMPSE, DAMARALAND &
DELIA’S DELIGHT : Quick Glimpse ran a poor last, but she is definitely
much better than that and a much more competitive run is expected from
her here, she does have a winning chance. Damaraland over raced in her
last and has a place chance. Delia’s Delight has an each way shout.
TARA LAING - Number 4 - SASSY LADY : She ran well in her last
despite over racing early, it is a competitive field but she can earn.
SHARON KOTZEN - Number 7 - SMOKEY AFFAIR : She has been
disappointing as we have thought her capable of more. This is a very
competitive field and the 1400m is a touch sharp, just hoping for a
good effort.
GAVIN SMITH - Number 8 - LOVE TALK : She runs in a very competitive
field, but loves the Poly.

RACE 5 :

1ST FOUR SELECTIONS :
4 / 5 / 1 / 3

SHARON KOTZEN - Numbers 1 and 6 - DETTIE & PROFOUND : Dettie is
maturing well, she has been so consistent of late, very honest we
expect her right there again. Profound tries further, there are no
races on grass, a surface she could prefer. Back to basics, the
blinkers and tongue tie are off and we hope she can start to regain
her Cape form.
GAVIN SMITH - Numbers 2 and 4 - CHESTNUT LEGACY & RUBIX : Chestnut
Legacy ran a decent last and will be thereabouts. Rubix always ran
very well in her last and should be right there.
JACQUES STRYDOM - Number 7 - GRACI LITEHOUSECAT : Hoping for improvement.

RACE 6 :

1ST FOUR SELECTIONS :
3 / 7 / 6 / 4

TARA LAING - Numbers 7 and 12 - PALO ALTO & FUJIN : Palo Alto has
his first on Poly so he has to take to the surface, if he does he has
a chance. Fujin has fair recent form, he would prefer further, but
could place.
GAVIN SMITH - Numbers 1, 2 and 3 - GOLDEN SHAMROCK, ROSSLYN
CHAPEL & JUDD’S ROCKET : Golden Shamrock enjoys track and trip and has
a quartet chance. Rosslyn Chapel needs to jump on terms, he can place.
Judd’s Rocket tries further, it should suit and he has quartet claims.
GRANT PADDOCK - Numbers 4, 5 and 14 - STRONG ‘N BRAVE, SHEPHERD’S
SKY & SUCHA CHARMER : Strong ‘n Brave is in good form and he has a
chance again here. Shepherd’s Sky’s draw is a concern, he has a place
chance. Hoping for improvement from Suchacharmer.
SHARON KOTZEN - Numbers 6 and 11 - THE GOON SHOW & SEATTLE SOUND :
The Goon Show has been so consistent of late and is in with a shout
again.
JACQUES STRYDOM - Numbers 8 and 15 - CAPE LEOPARD & OMAHA TRIBE :
Cape Leopard is in with a shout. Hoping for improvement from Omaha
Tribe.
DUNCAN MCKENZIE - Number 13 - BELL TOWER : Trying further, hoping
for improvement.

RACE 7 :

1ST FOUR SELECTIONS :
4 / 3 / 7 / 1

GRANT PADDOCK - Number 3 - PROSPECT STRIKE : He ran really well on
Friday, has pulled up well and must be considered.
TARA LAING - Number 4 - SABBATICAL : He is improving with each run
and has a chance.
ALAN GREEFF - Number 5 - FALCON ROCK : Back in handicap company and
on the Poly will suit, he is in with a shout.
GAVIN SMITH - Number 6 - WHEEL OF TIME : He has his second run after
the layoff, the light weight will help and he has a quartet chance.
SHARON KOTZEN - Number 7 - DESERT CHIEF : He can be temperamental,
but is running in decent form and that does make him a runner.

RACE 8 :

1ST FOUR SELECTIONS :
2 / 3 / 4 / 1

ALAN GREEFF - Numbers 2 and 6 - DYNASTY’S BOY & IN A PERFECT WORLD
: Dynasty’s Boy was only run down late in his last and he can be there
again. In a Perfect World has a money chance as well.
JACQUES STRYDOM - Number 3 - MAHIR : He is always honest and has a
chance again here.
GRANT PADDOCK - Numbers 4, 7 and 12 - LET IF FLOW, BAKKIES &
KEANAN’S ROCK : Let it Flow takes on the boys but she loves course and
distance and has a decent chance. Bakkies has a poor draw and it is a
worry, quartet chance. Hoping for improvement from Keanan’s Rock.
GAVIN SMITH - Numbers 8, 9 and 10 - EMERTIO, PEKING TYSON & MASTER
NEWTON : Emerito has his first run back in PE and may still need it.
Peking Tyson tries very hard and always has a chance. Master Newton
enjoys the track, he tries further.
DUNCAN MCKENZIE - Number 14 - GLENNIE : It’s a pity about her draw
as I think she can run well.
SHARON KOTZEN - Number 1 - COUNTING STARS : He just seems to have
lost his early pace in recent races so we’re going to try a bit
further again with him. His merit rating is finally starting to fall
and he does love the Poly. If he sees the extra out he is not without
chance

第一場比賽我要去 KUNGHAYFATCHOY 贏了

第一次嘗試閃光燈,最後一次超過航線和距離,碰撞開始但仍然設法完成1.25長度的勝利者,也有比最喜歡的更好的繪製

Lyle is riding most meetings. I hope that he does not end up burnt out!
