I just had an episode on HB and had to make a call to their customer service.

Superb customer service. My query was dealt with properly without question and the end result is i am satisfied

Their customer service has always been tops.
Just remember you are paying for the phone call at cell phone rates so don't let them put you on hold for ten minutes.
And if you phoning from the UK it's going to cost you a small fortune.
