My fancies:
R2: NERIA (b/b)
R4: PINK CADILLAC (e/w)
R6 HOLE IN ONE (was backed last twice as if the result was known)

Trainer Comments
Race 1
Stuart Ferrie for Dennis Drier
No 5 Escape Club is a nice filly. She is fit and well and in good
form. She should be very competitive.
Race 2
Peter Muscutt for Brett Crawford
No 1 Neria has an awkward draw over 1600m on the Polytrack. We are
trying blinkers on her for her first run on this surface.
Karen Anthony
No 4 Aerostar is having her second run. From draw No 1 we are hoping for an improved performance.
Dennis Bosch
No 6 Noble Approach is doing well and could get into the back end of Quartets.
Race 3
Karen Anthony
No 1 Prince Charming is working well and has recently been gelded.
Michael Roberts
No 3 Prince Ardent had his vaccinations so he might just need it but he mustn't be left out of any exotics.
Dennis Bosch
No 5 Frozen Tune : It is a pity about the draw. He ran well in his first start for me.
Stuart Ferrie for Dennis Drier
No 10 Double Deluxe has been disappointing but I am trying him with
Blinkers and over a bit further.
Doug Campbell
No 11 Kentucky Spur disappointed last time out. He is working well so I am hoping he can place.
Race 4
Duncan Howells
No 1 Barinois and No 2 Miziara have both dropped in their merit rating and could finish in the first 4.
Doug Campbell
No 4 Eden Gardens Glitz is drawn out wide but if the jockey can
overcome that she should be a big runner.
Mike Miller
No 11 Sheza Rockstar is in a tough race but if she can place I will be happy.
Race 5
Duncan Howells
No 1 Imagine That has been disappointment so I am trying Blinkers.
No 2 Queen's Plain has been inconsistent but if she shows her best side she could go close.
No 12 Mirwa : I am looking for improvement
Dennis Bosch
No 5 Liverpool Lass is probably better over this shorter distance and
I will be very happy if she can place.
Peter Muscutt for Brett Crawford
No 8 Elegant Royal is coming back from a lay-off. She is doing well and must be included. She will, however prefer further and the turf.
Wayne Badenhorst
No 10 Biker Babe ran a cracker first time for me. She is doing well at
home and I am expecting a big run.
Race 6
Mike Miller
No 3 Captain Irish is always thereabouts. I am trying Blinkers on him and hoping he can place.
Doug Campbell
No 4 Shine Up has been runner-up and third placed many times. I am
still hopeful that he can win a race.
Stuart Ferrie for Dennis Drier
No 8 Hole In One has been a disappointment. I am trying him with
Blinkers and over further.
Dennis Bosch
No 9 Secret Dynasty is a big horse. I am hoping for improvement this distance and he has a winning chance.
Race 7
Dennis Bosch
No 1 Laat Lammetjie is in a good place. She does carry a big weight but has a winning chance.
Duncan Howells
My four runners No 2 Roy's Vogue, No 3 Crystal Ball, No 5 Green Fairy and No 12 Bold Beauty are all capable of running into the Quartet. My slight preference is for Roy's Vogue and No 3 Crystal Ball.
Race 8
Stuart Ferrie for Dennis Drier
No 3 Delirious Nomad loves this course and distance and should be competitive again.
Dennis Bosch
No 9 Mutawaary is flying at the moment and is in a good space. He is drawn wide.
Race 9
Dennis Bosch
No 8 Juanita is well within herself. She does, however need to show something in her next two runs.
Michael Roberts
No 10 To Woo has been disappointing of late. Her merit-rating has dropped so I am hoping she can place
