I had a question if anyone knows the answer.
if u leave a yard,
who advises NHRA of cancellation?
does it stay open at a trainer forever as long as u have colors. even if u have no horses in training?
just curious

You sign a National Horseracing Authority Application to register ownership/lease of a racehorse form but only fill in the portion indicating "Previous Owner/Lessor" and send through to them.
