Nathan visited Tyrone at his bedside today in a wheel chair and Tyrone actually sat in a chair for a short while,they both have a long way to go but have improved out of sight.....the power of prayer is at work...thanks to everyone...

spent a week with his kids and a week getting his weight in order,has a VERY hectic time ahead from the beginning of the new season which will entail a lot of travelling and include PE Jhb and Zim in our quest to win the Jockey Championship so just recharging his batteries and getting ready!!! Back riding from the 20th and then its all systems go..
