Is a RESERVE runner in the 2nd tomorrow as has been priced up at 14/1. 2 horses will have to come out before he gets a run, chances of that happening is slim. With the new table 14/1 carries a 5% deduction.

Why has he been priced up being a reserve runner?
Will there be a 5% deduction when he gets scratched?
