Corne Spies

First race at Turfontein yesterday, when the juvenile field was going down to the start, i heard the commentator saying that "Van Halen, now trained by Tobie Spies" (not Corne).
Is it just that horse or the whole Spies string ? And if so, does anyone know the reason ?

Thanks Dave, I see that now.
This sounds serious. Anyone know the reason why Corne's license "was lost/suspended" ?

If that is so, Corne Spies was training as an unrehabilitated insolvent and the NHA was aware of that, why did it need an outsider's complaint for Spies to relinquish his training license ? Surely this should have been done by the NHA as it appears they were already aware of his situation/status. Is this not contrary to the Insolvency Act ?
