This horse was flying and would have definitely have got 2nd, how was there no further action. Tamarino Bay didn't jump, declared a non-runner and the tote only pays out three places as opposed to four. I thought if you're under starters orders you're a runner. Feel royally screwed from all angles, as I backed this horse for a place and included in the PA.

Also had it in the PA; thought it got the worst of it; I think she could have gone close to winning it; very poor decision in my view.
