.....I have been turned away from certain LOTTO outlets that could not pay a few 100 bucks in the mornings because the cash is taken off the premises for safety reasons.... :S

Betting shop managers in the UK are not allowed to carry cash over their float, same rule everywhere.

They have probably been told not to pay out sums over x incase they run out of cash with the Banks closed

Their service is non existent.
I have tried 3 times to contact support via email to reset my password but have not heard a word back. all 3 attempts have been like a week or two apart, their website doesn't even have a reset password function that i can see so it looks like they don't want me as a customer
