I think that before anyone accuses Dave the real story should be investigated. Slandering someone on circumstantial evidence is wrong. Dave has many mates in this game. Maybe one said to him that he can't make the sale but likes that horse so if you going to be there, go to R50k or whatever for me. Who knows?

Maybe Molly was given a budget to buy one?

First of all I am no friend or supporter of Mollet or any teletrack employee & I think that it is disgraceful to beg punters to pay for operations, worn out knees or a retirement fund for obviously well paid employees.
We all know there are much more deserving people out there who cannot afford to eat, send kids to school, electricity etc etc.
Having said that there are a few clanners who are self righteous, sanctimonious & holier than thou Pricks who slander & condemn Mollet without any semblance of proof.
You people should take a long hard look at yourselves. !!!

I know Molly has had shares with Clinton & Gabby before.

I don't think he should have put himself in that situation knowing what he has just done. Surely he realised someone out there would pick up something and thrust him into the limelight........

Molly has given his heart and soul to racing. This has clearly not always been appreciated by all in Authority. I believe that if any of us can, we should assist him in whichever way we can.

Sometimes we are all just too judgemental, imho.

For me, Racing would be much poorer if we never had Molly for all those years.

To be blunt,why moan when you've not dipped into your own pocket and contributed.
I'm 100% sure Over The Air has sent Molly fuck all..

To all the ABC posters on this thread who support the actions of Dave Mollet: What Mollet has done is morally reprehensible. To watch you support him makes my stomach churn.

To whoever reads this thread: the posters that support Mollet are truly a minority. Do not use their views as a sample of the views of South African Horse Racing.

It makes no difference that Mollet is a nice guy. We were misled. He deserves all the criticism levelled against him. The last time Tellytrack asked for donations for a sick and ailing presenter, Pierre Jordaan was pleased to have a new 10% owner.

I will no longer support a website that has posters who have no moral compass and condone conduct like that of Mollet.

I do not know OTA: A word of advice. Your voice here is much like a fart in the gusting wind. These people do not deserve your contributions. Rather post in a free environment away without intimidation being the order of the day!
